    Running WP/Woocommerce in a multilingual/multisite envirroment using the Multilingual Press plugin…..

    The evaluation of the free version of WP Live Chat Support does not really work reliable here.
    At home we’ve several computers in a LAN and at none of them the chat plugin calls a reaction in the backend of the central pc (my work computer). At the other computers after filling out at the front end the name and emailaddress, it states that it will be searched for an agent. But at the backend of my work computer there are no chat requests visible and no audio signal sounds.
    Only from a WLAN based tablet it works but from a WLAN based notbook again it didn’t.
    We can’t find out what is the cause, but evaluating the reliability is not really probable.
    A good solving suggestion would be welcome.

    What browser are you using on your site? And what version of the plugin have you currently got installed?

    forget it. This takes far too long.
    Waiting for days for help at a pre-purchase problem did not encourage me to buy this plugin.
    Thast is not the kind of support I’d espected.
    So, deleted the plugin from my site and bought another one … its support answers questions within hours.
    Case closed.
