Post filter options not working (+ buttons)

I think this is identical to: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/edit-post-filter-options-stopped-working-after-update/. I also cannot drill into each filter to set the data when clicking the “+”. There are no JS errors, the page just scrolls to the top when I try and click one of the plus buttons. We’re using WP 5.6 and version 2.2.1 of this plugin.
