Hi, I just submitted a review on your site using Chrome v61 (dev) on a Mac and it worked correctly.
In order to look into this further, I will need you to do two things:
1. Open the Javascript Console in Chrome, refresh the page, then submit a review and see if there are any errors in the console. If yes, please expand the errors and take a screenshot.
How to open the Javascript Console in Chrome
2. Download (or copy/paste) the System Info Site Reviews → Get Help → System Info and send to site-reviews@geminilabs.io. This will help to track down the problem.

Thanks for the very quick response. I see your review. This is strange, so its our version of Chrome. Let me first check on the PC of a collegue en his Macbook. Maybe it’s only me.
I’ll update you. Thanks again!
Is it perhaps a browser-specific z-index issue that prevents the button from being clicked?

Maybe. But it works great on our other computers! So nevermind. Thanks for the support.
One more question. We see the star rating in Google for this page http://bit.ly/2toWWB7. Which is good of course. Is there a way the create that star rating also for our homepage. We have incorporated the widget in our footer.
You can use the [site_reviews_summary] shortcode on the page and hide all the fields while enabling the schema:
[site_reviews_summary schema="true" hide="bars,rating,stars,summary"]
