    No, I’m afraid Jetpack’s Publicize module can only be triggered for newly published posts.

    I’m afraid there is no way to work around this right now. You’ll need to publish those updates manually.

    Adding an option to re-publicize is on our roadmap, though. You can follow our progress here:
