I’ve tried disabling all my plugins to no avail.

Did you also move your site? Did the issue start after you moved it?
For the moment, it has been temporarily disabled as our comm. manager needed to post new content. The issue of being unable to clse the popup has always been there. When I try to close it, the pages refrshes and the pop up reappears.
(site has never been moved)
I’ll re-enable the plugin in a few hours.
@rebthegreat did you re-enable it?

That is strange, it’s doing the same for me.
It could be something to do with jQuery, that isotope file is throwing up errors in the FireBug console for me.
Can you try disabling other plugins to see if it works then? Also try switching themes back to TwentyTwelve and see if it works with that theme?
See if it works when a certain plugin is disabled.
