Popup Not Working

    Hi,

    I have set up several forms with the free version of this plugin. The ‘postbox’ forms are working beautifully in posts and in a sidebar but I can’t get the popup to work.

    It is set to ‘traditional popup’ and ‘show on every pageview’ but when I view my site I don’t get a popup in any browser or on any machine.

    Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

    UPDATE:
    I have updated the plugin to the latest version(!) Now, it is displaying the popup but emails entered aren’t being added to my list.

    This is strange because the other (non-popup) forms are working fine.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sorry that you are having this issue, are you using both the Name and Email fields in your Optin Cat form? If not, could try using both fields instead off only the email field?

    Please note that after each signup that a Confirmation Email is sent to the signup emails before they are added to your Mailing List.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I was only using the email field and this did seem to be the problem. As soon as I put the name field back the form started to work.

    Here is what getresponse support said if it helps anyone?

    As i think issue will be in empty name. If you have no name please do not pass parameter name and it will be working fine.

    What is wrong?

    Hi,
    With our Optin cat generator only Postbox form designs would be displayed.

    Go to Optin Cat > click your form > Change Layout > “Postbox” designs.
