Popup is not displaying

    Hi @jcimb,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    I have tested it on my test site using default WordPress theme and found the pop up plugin is working fine using “On specific URL” condition.

    Could you please try temporary deactivating all pop up conditions?

    I have tested it on your site http://www.organizingmaniacs.com/services/home-organizing/student/ and got JavaScript error message as displayed in this screenshot http://i.imgur.com/TE12jzQ.png which is generated in the script.js file of your organizingmaniacs theme.

    This may be theme specific issue but as you don’t want to change to a WordPress default theme so could you please send the theme that you are using on the email id contact[at]wpmudev.org
