This sounds like another element going over the popup and causing such behavior.
Could you please share an URL to page where we can see your popup and check what could be going on?

Apologies for the delay here, it seems that email notifications about your responses didn’t come through for some reason 🙁
I’m afraid that the popup doesn’t seem to be available on that page anymore, could you please enable it again so we can have a look at this and I will make sure to check this ticket on regular basis in case that the email notifications don’t get sent again.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while so we’re going to mark this ticket as resolved for now.
You can of course reopen it if needed but I would suggest starting a new one because even though I’m subscribed to this ticket the email notifications about your responses didn’t go through.
