While saving, can you check browser console? You can use inspect element from right-click menu or you can press Cmd+Opt+J for mac, Ctrl+Shift+J for windows/linux. If you see any error please show me that.
Also, can you try plugin conflict and theme conflict test? You just need to deactivate everything except Hustle and try again. If not helps also try to activate default theme for WordPress and try again.
If nothing on above helps you can also try debug logging to see is WordPress create any error while saving. To do that you need to edit wp-config.php file and place this codes;
/* Debug Settings */
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
/* End of Debug Settings */
Then try again Hustle. After that check wp-content folder, is there any debug.log file? If yes please share the content with me.

This still isn’t working. Unfortunately I don’t have the technical know-how to do what you ask. I did go to inspect element after saving and clicked on console.
It said:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
admin.min.js:1 view rendered
When I fill in details on content, click save, then continue, everything from content is gone. Even after doing everything, saving and click finish, it’s all gone.
Please help as soon as you can as I’d love to get an exit popup up and running and yours is the best.

As Oguz suggested please run a test for a conflict with another plugin. I could not reproduce this issue on my end.
To run a test for a conflict please follow these steps:
– Deactivate all the other plugin, leave only Hustle active
– Edit Opt-in and save changes.
If the Hustle will save changes, then it is a conflict with another plugin. Start activating one plugin at the time (each time editing opt-in and testing if it is saving changes), until you find a plugin that is causing it.
