This plugin hasn’t been working for quite some time now. I have disabled it, deleted it, reinstalled it to no avail.

    Hi @fatimawdesigns

Steps to take would be as follows please:

    1) Switch to TwentyTwelve or TwentyThirteen theme, disable all other plugins and see if it works, if it does work enable 1-by-1 and report back as to which plugin conflicts. If it still doesn’t work carry on.

    2) Update WordPress and PopUp to the latest versions. WordPress latest is 3.6 PopUp Lite is If this fixes your problems, great, if not carry on.

    3) What is the code in the PopUp? Do you have any HTML or other code in there? Please paste the full contents here.

It seems that it was conflicting with the plugin “Support Tickets”:

    Thanks for your help Mike!
