Poor Support Response Time

I’ve been trying to get support for the Moyasar integration on my WordPress website. I emailed their support team multiple times, and although they mentioned a 3-day response window, it has now been more than 3 days and I still haven’t received any reply.
The plugin may have potential, but the lack of timely support is very disappointing—especially when integration is business-critical. I was hoping for better communication and assistance. If support improves, I’ll be happy to update this review.
