I like how the new version separates card payments from others type of payment; for example apple pay. But version 7 is a huge step back in compare to version 5 in matters of UI and error translations. I hope the the team behind the plugin focus on the next update on the UI and translations to make as attractive or better than version 5.

I’ve been trying to get support for the Moyasar integration on my WordPress website. I emailed their support team multiple times, and although they mentioned a 3-day response window, it has now been more than 3 days and I still haven’t received any reply.
The plugin may have potential, but the lack of timely support is very disappointing—especially when integration is business-critical. I was hoping for better communication and assistance. If support improves, I’ll be happy to update this review.

We’ve been long-time users of the Moyasar Plugin for WooCommerce and have always appreciated its functionality and design. However, the latest update (Version 7) to the UI has been a significant step back from what we had come to expect.
Previously, in version 5, the UI was not only aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly, making our experience smooth and efficient. The design was clean, which significantly enhanced our daily operations.
Unfortunately, the new UI introduced in the Version 7 update lacks the intuitiveness and beauty of the old version. It feels cluttered, less navigable, and, frankly, the design seems unpolished. More concerning are the bugs that have surfaced with this new update. These issues compromise the functionality of the plugin, affecting our confidence in its reliability.
As loyal users, we find ourselves in a challenging position. The older version was reliable and a joy to use, but this new iteration has left us considering alternatives. We urge the development team to consider the feedback from your user base and perhaps bring back the elements that made the older UI so effective and popular.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to see improvements that will restore our confidence in this essential tool for our business.
