after installed plugin

this error come out.. i don’t what it mean

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/zainuria/public_html/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 1771

Are you using the latest version of WordPress. Also try to remove and re-install the WordPress Ping Optimizer plugin. Please check the latest version and other FAQ here.
