Hello, our website is currently in Italian, but we’ve noticed that the plugin only seems to work in English.
We were wondering if there is a way to translate both the plugin interface and the emails that are automatically sent out, so that everything is consistent with the language of the website.

    Thank you

    Hi,
    thanks for reaching out.

As a community member, you can also add a translation for the plugin here:
    https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/flexible-refund-and-return-order-for-woocommerce/

Just select the appropriate language and suggest a translation.
Once approved, the translation will appear in the plugin.

For my part, I’ve submitted translations for review and am waiting for approval.

If you want to do this locally and don’t want to wait, you can use, for example, the free Loco Translate plugin -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

It allows you to translate any plugin.
All you need to do is find “Flexible Refunds” and add strings—that is, the appropriate translations for the words.

As for emails, the plugin creates new notifications in WooCommerce.
In the list provided by the plugin mentioned above, try searching for the emails as well and translate them into Italian.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Best regards,
