[Plugin: Subscribe Me] One request and one question

Hi, I would like to thank you for this plugin. I think it’s a good one because it does one thing and it does it well.

However, I have a couple of issues. The first one is that I would like to control what feed to show? Would it be possible to add an option for also showing the comments feed?

My other question is that there seems to be trouble with showing the plugin in IE8. For some reason, it requires to be run in compat mode to show the icon?
