I love this plugin so far!

I only have 1 question I was curious how i go about removing the google wallet checkout option because i only wish to use paypal?

I left the fields blank but the checkout option still shows up

I’ll look into automatically skipping options that aren’t configured.

This worked great thank you! i actually had to just undo my previous work and hide the paypal button

I agree, this plugin is great. Just one small difficulty. I would also like to remove the google wallet and have tried commenting out various bits from the code of php file but it seems to remove both paypal and google wallet. Can you tell me exactly where to put my comment out brackets.

Take a look at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-simple-cart-buy-now-choosing-payment-options — it covers the one line you need comment out to disable Google Wallet.
