i have set it to dark theme but when i upgraded from 3.2.1 to 3.3 then to 3.3.1 it only shows light on the pages .. even though i have it set to dar

I am having the same issue. DARK selected, but there is no joy on the page. Only LIGHT style displayed with 3.3.1
