    Ben, that doesn’t seem to really help answer the question.

    A functionality plugin is one that provides a common set of functionality that is used across a wide range of WordPress based websites. This plugin contains a set of functionality that has been deemed useful by the Seattle WordPress community.

    Is there any documentation that describes what additional functionality the current version of your plugin provides in it’s present state? Do you have a road map published, or a development blog that could enlighten users on what the plugin actually does?
