I should be more clear in saying that I am using the shortcode, not the admin panel, for uploads, and that this was the method that was working before and has now stopped working.
I have the same problem, i think the plugin is broken, or dropbox blocked something.
Hey Guys!
Emiel >Thank you for firing us an email about this.
We first off want to apologize on the delay in getting back to you guys. We just ran a few tests with the plugin on a fresh WordPress install with default theme.
We are recreating the same error with both the admin interface & the short code.
At this point, we are not sure exactly where the problem lies, it appears it may be with the way Dropbox is handling logins, etc. This plugin/script uses a bit of an unconventional method to login & upload files to Dropbox.
We will see if we can put together a fix and get this back up and running. please keep an eye for updates!
Thanks guys!
Thanks for your reply RAD Media Company.
Hey guys!
We have determined the problem is with the action URL which handles & processes the uploaded file:
https://dl-web.dropbox.com/upload
It appears this URL has been deleted or changed. We are investigating to find what the replacement (if any) might be.
If all else fails, we will be looking at integrating OAUTH into the plugin.
Stay tuned!

Good news guys!
We have modified our core script to allow uploads to process going forward.
We will be releasing an update to the plugin in a few days which should resolve this issue.
Cheers!
