Plugin not tracking any data

    Hello,

    I’ve used your plugin on loads of sites without issue. However, on one site there isn’t any tracking at all.

    0 recorded sales, 0 recorded revenue, despite knowing that the site is in fact generating revenue. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that you are using the “custom theme” for your store & we have already described that our plugin is not fully compatible with “custom theme” (screenshot).

    Additionally, you are using “WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration” plugin which also does the “Enhanced Ecommerce” tracking also result into data discrepancy in your analytics account.

    We request you to use only one plugin for the same tracking which fulfills your requirements.
