Plugin keeps refreshing

    Hi @unanswered,

    I’ve had a look at your website, and tested the plugin. I don’t see any behaviour related to refreshing. Can you clarify in more details what the problem is, and under what circumstances it occurs?

    I’ve had a closer look at your code, and you seem to have the code for the plugin installed multiple times. This is likely why you’re seeing odd behaviour.

    I have no idea how you’ve done this, but I would recommend removing any code relating to the plugin you may have copied and pasted into your site’s markup, and also disable the Chat plugin option on any additional plugins (such as WooCommerce) which also carry it. You really only need to have the WordPress Chat plugin installed and active. This should solve your issue.
