[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Use Feedburner subscribe to comments/blog?

I like to use feedburner for my subscriptions due to the fact that there are more options, and I can track stats. I have a checkmark box there now to allow this to happen. Is there way to do this if I use jetpack stats?
