Hi, Jetpack was working fine until yesterday, when I deactivated all my plugins to try and resolve another issue. But when I reactivated JetPack it asked me to connect to WordPress.com and then came up with this message:

Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: xml_rpc-32700
Try connecting again. Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure http://www.mapucebilingual.co.uk/xmlrpc.php is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank links or extra output anywhere.

Please help, I love my Jetpack!!!

If you look at the source code on http://www.mapucebilingual.co.uk/xmlrpc.php, there is an extra line break being generated. This is causing the issue.

Either another plugin or your theme is causing this. the best way to fix it is to do what you just did; deactivate everything other than Jetpack, and try connecting Jetpack again.

Thanks so much, did just as you suggested and Jet Pack now works.
