[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Error 500

    I manually uploaded Jetpack via my ftp host. When I tried to log into my dashboard, I was present with Error 500: Fatal internal error, please try again later.

    I deleted the files via my ftphost, downloded once again, uploaded and was greeted by the same messgae.

    Does the site come up when you delete the wp-content/plugins/jetpack folder?

    The site didn’t go down, just my access to my dashboard.

    Very reluctant to upload anything now… I’m sure it’s user (make that ‘very new’ user) error!
