Plugin is not PHP7 Compatible

    I would like to upgrade my hosting to PHP7. However “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle” is showing as not compatible.

    Is there a compatibility update in the works?

    Hi midwestartist1,

    We’ve run a few tests regarding this issue and looked into it in the past. This error is coming up due to how the PHP 7 Compatability Checker checks things. It’s basically missing the context and said context prevents the issue from occurring and flagging it incorrectly as a result.

    In other words, this is a false positive and safe to ignore. You’re able to use either PHP 7 or PHP 7.1 without issue.
