Plugin install failed.

    I have installed this plugin, in a second moment i have uninstalled it, i try to install it again but i see this message:
    “Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /home/anyboganybog113/public_html/wp-content/plugins/prizm-image/
    Plugin install failed.
    Return to Plugins page”

    PS: LICENSE key NEVER WORKED for me, i register to prizm image, i correctly insert in media, but still don’t work. Request second time a new license key when i insert in the media the new one the plugin stop to work with so many error in media library.

    PS: i deleted the folder, on my server side
    i installed the plugin again, but still don’t work and previews license key in media was already in it without my action. I suppose when click delete the plugin, never delete all files completly.

    Thanks, we will look at the delete process to see if all the files are in fact not being deleted. After manually deleting the files, were you able to successfully install?
