    I was able to uncover the issue and it appears to be with the plugin WP-Live Chat by 3CX. Possibly if you might be able to contact the developers also referencing this loom video below they would be able to tackle the bug as it’s something on their side which happens to affect even bulk editing anything in the WordPress dashboard (not just product categories, but for example if you want to deactivate 2 or more plugins):
