[Plugin: Google Analyticator] Settings Page Blank

When I activate the plugin(after fresh install/upgrade) and go to settings page, there are no options!
The page is: http://*****************.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=ga_activate
WordPress Menu sidebar is visible but there’s nothing else on page. Code is being embedded in website though.
