Alright, version 2.3.6 should fix both of these issues. Sorry for the issues!

OK, I can see the button text now, but there are still no visible tabs for forms I’ve already saved. I can’t edit them. They only appear when the form is being saved. Then when it is finished loading they disappear.

I can’t access my form to edit it. The Saved Form tabs do not show. How do I edit my form? Is there a fix for this?

marcus41872, Did you figure out how to edit your forms? I’m having the same problem and cannot find where to edit all my forms.

    Thanks,

Unfortunately not, as I did not get a response from the developer on this problem. It appeared to me that the code had errors and that was causing the Saved Form tabs not to be visible. I ended up using Gravity Forms and the Gravity Forms Constant Contact plugin to do what I needed.

I am using WP 3.3.2 with Constant Contact API and Form Designer 2.3.9. The form designer will not save any changes to styles, or font colors. I can change styling options, but the form reverts to one of the presets when I save the form. I spent quite a bit of time trying to match color schemes for my site before giving up and trying to use the sidebar widget instead ( which has it’s own issues.)

Same problem here: can’t save edited forms.

Same problem here. One existing form works but I cannot modify it or create any new forms. It is pretty much useless.

I’ve had to resort to adding a “Subscribe” button on our web pages which is linked to the “official” CC signup form for our account.

This is the third thread I’ve found complaining about the same thing. I do hope someone will address this!

Fixed in version 2.3.10. Sorry for the long fix cycle.

I maintain this plugin for free, and would love to have a high rating of the plugin 🙂 Please rate (or update your rating of) the plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/constant-contact-api/

    Hi Zack,

Please see my reply on this thread.

    Thank you!
