As the warning explains — JetPack’s Photon module cripples the WordPress image size functions, which WPSSO requires. You’ll have to disable JetPack’s Photon module, or disable WPSSO, or upgrade to WPSSO Pro which includes code specifically to fix JetPack’s Photon module.

Yes, I can read it.
My question is, what will happen if I keep both the plugin active?
WPSSO will not be able to find any suitable images since all images will be reported as being 0x0px.

Nothing to do with CDNs — JetPack’s Photon module breaks the WordPress image_downsize() function. No other plugin that I know of does this.
