Hi,
You can ad a description to the marker when adding location. As per following screenshot:
http://s.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/comprehensive-google-map-plugin/screenshot-5.png
You see, it the form has a dedicated text field for marker description. Having said that, if you add ‘Joe’s Grill’, it will appear after the address. ATM you cannot add photo.
But you can add a link using the following format (hashes included, please also note the sapce between the URL and the name):
#http://somedomain.com/somepage/something SomeLinkName#
Hi,
really a great plugin. Yesterday I added a link as you described here and it worked fine, the link was opened in the same tab. After today update to 7.0.22 the link opens in a new tab. Was it your intention?
Second thing, if I add html tags into info bubble text the tags are accepted in mashup map but not in a “normal” map in post.
thanks,
M Culak
Hi,
Yes that was my intention (the new window link).
Regarding HTML tags, when select the marker geo mashup, you cannot specify info bubble text, as you just select from two options what should be displayed in mashup info bubbles. Can you please clarify what do you mean by tags are accepted in the mashup? Also, what tags exactly are you talking about? If you can, can you please provide a screenshot of your plugin config options that show what you did.
Regards and thank you for reporting
Thank you
Sorry, I’ll try to describe it cleaner.
Shortcode:
addmarkerlist=”Bratislava, Slovakia{}1-default.png{}Description with <b>bold</b> text”
Result on static page where the shortcode is used:
Result when I use “Make this map a Marker Geo Mashup” option:
Also I’ve noticed that string addmarkermashupbubble=”false” is generated twice in a shortcode.
ups, second attempt

Aaa interesting … So you actually entered B tags in marker description ?
Please give the v7.0.23 a go… It works consistently now
Alexander, I’ve updated version but a result is that marker description on page map is still displayed as a rough text with html tags (“this is <b>bold</b> text”) and on mashup map I can’t see the marker at all.
im also using this plugin and I want something like but on my case, I want my post thumnail to display once click on the marker.
