Plugin breaks Admin UI on WPCode Lite plugin

    Reproduce:

    1. Install & Activate WPCode Lite plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/
    2. Deactivate Admin Notices Manager plugin
    3. Open the Code Snippets list view page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcode
    4. Notice how the snippet list view: (a) appears right away, (b) the footer/copyright appears at the very bottom of the page.
    5. Now, activate Admin Notices Manger plugin.
    6. Again, open the Code Snippets list view page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcode
    7. Notice two bugs: (a) the code snippet list is visually missing, until you begin to scroll the page, (b) the copyright appears in the middle of the list, obstructing the reading of the text, screenshot: https://i.ibb.co/5RyhBB2/Capture.jpg

    Hello,

    We have tried to reproduce this using the Twenty Twenty Three theme but were unable to reproduce this issue. This seems to be like a caching issue. Can you please try reproducing the issue using another browser, or a browser in incognito mode? Thanks.
