    Hey there,

I installed the WordPress Hide Posts plugin and it does a great job of hiding posts as intended! However, when it’s activated, I noticed it breaks the category functionality on my site. For example, if I click on one of my four category pages (here’s an example), all of my posts are shown, instead of just the ones in that specific category. When I deactivate the plugin, my categories work as expected. Is there anything I can do to ensure my categories don’t stop working when using this plugin?

    Thank you!
    Katie

An additional follow up note – I noticed it also causes our Author pages to stop working. I had to turn the plugin off for now, but can turn it back on again to troubleshoot when you’re available, Martin. Thanks!

    Hi Katie,

Do you have a staging site where I can test this?

Also the best way to test if the plugin is causing the issue is to create new WordPress site with the default theme only and install my plugin. You can do that also locally with new WordPress Installation.

It is possible that the theme you use or some plugin is in conflict with my plugin.

    Best,
    Martin
