Please add Admin page for providing API key.

Also, can’t you take API key directly from my WP installation if I have reCaptcha enabled there?

This plugin should have a very friendly admin page in which you can add your API keys, I don’t know why you don’t have it. Have you tried looking for a menu on the left called BWP reCAPT? See here: http://betterwp.net/wordpress-plugins/bwp-recaptcha/installation/.
