I have the same problem since the upgrade.
hmm, works now – deactivate the plugin from the plugins page and then re-activate it.

Ad Rotate works fine despite a small glicth when you install the update. If you find it is not working (your banners are not showing), you can safely deactivate the plugin (you will not loose any of your groups or ads) and then reactivate it again.
Once you’ve done this, you should check your widgets area and make sure that the “adrotate” settings are correct. In certain occasions, you will have to set the “ids” back again, but that is really simple.
It also works well for the latest version of WP.
