I have fixed it on my site.
If you edit the class.activation.php file inside the includes directory of the plugin,… line 18, change private $Upgrade; to public $Upgrade;
Thanks for the fix mkormendy. Hate it when this stuff happens. I rolled back to the previous version for now as well.
Update to 4.5.01 this has been fixed.
Please note, as an FYI this support forum on the WP site isn’t monitored as often and a lot of people wrote in and also posted on the authors Store Locator Plus forum and the resolution was posted there about 6 hours ago…
The forum registration is free and those forums are visited pretty much daily.

Yes, I successfully updated today, works fine now.
FYI, I only posted here because wordpress.org prompts you to make a post when you mark the version as not working. I will post to your forum in the future.

especially anything about the base Plugin. When I hear something about the base plugin issue, I try to hop on this forum support threads as well…I had a family emergency so was unaware until I was able to get back online. The Author was busy fixing it and handling the SLP forum and emails…at least we know people are paying attention. Appreciate you taking the time to close the issue
