Please Make An Update Urgent

Many people experience no CSS on their Dashboard’s. This happens on all versions. Script debug true fixes the problem but doesn’t stop reloading the page!!!

Please I need help. I cannot fix the problem I have reinstalled WordPress and it’s database so many times. Help!!!
