Please help! Problem sharing on facebook

Please I need help. I am not too tech so understand.

Until this afternoon. Whenever I click on the facebook share button on my post, it pop up and I share directly to facebook. This is the share button I mean http://prntscr.com/8zvo6x

But now when I click on it I see this error ‘Given URL is not permitted by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not permitted by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.’

I have not done anything… Just switch host and after that it was working.

Whats wrong?

I research online and people are talking app.

Please note: I have never created app or used it before. From beginning I just click and share.
