when i try to log my wordpress cp than Jetpack is blocked ip address, which is not my ip. what can i do, please help. i contact my hosting service provider but they can’t do anything. someone tell jetpack plugin developer to solve my problems.

You should be able to get back into your dashboard by following the steps described here:
https://jetpack.com/support/security-features/#unblock

Once you’ve done so, could you contact us via this contact form and give us more details about your site? We will then check your Jetpack settings and make sure Jetpack’s Protect module is able to get the right IP address when you try to log in to your site.
