There is no plugin that does what this does. And I did read this.https://wordpress.org/support/topic/are-you-going-to-fix-the-vulnerability/#post-18772118 But coincidence or no, very recently we had a hack. Now this site DOES have a lot of plugins and subscribers. But the ONLY one consistently throwing an error in Wordfence is this. We regularly update. And yes, they did get in an alter files at server level.
Even if you do literally nothing else, please consider how many people use this plugin. It may be rare for it to be hacked, but no other plugin works like this… it really is needed.
