Playlists Tab Issue

There is a big issue with the playlists tab. It is suitable for desktops but not when resizing it on our windows desktop screens.

As you can see from the video I took, the playlists start to appear out of nowhere, even above the black bar with an X and then everything starts to disappear as the resolution gets smaller and smaller.
Sure, if you were to refresh the page, everything is good to go there. The issue is just when we don’t hit F5 on our keyboard and just want to shrink the page on our computer screen.
However, at certain resolutions, even when you click F5, there is still the remnants of the playlists in white going over the black bar with the X.
