    Yes you can auto play a video or just auto load it.

    Go to YourChannel settings page -> edit your channel.

    Then to Style->Toggle section, then in Player -> Auto load, check it.

    As you can see i have this problem:

    When I load this page I need that the page doesn’t show the palylist’s thumbnail but the list of video I put in the playlist.

    There is possible to show the video in the playlist automatically? And not only after a click?

    Add playlist="PLnZ1Pl6sAsZfssPMqgNkMra5kJiYJRHqJ" to the shortcode. And check Videos in the Show section of YourChannel edit form.

    Videos from that playlist will be shown under Videos tab.
