• Is there a shortcode for the partner center login form? I’m using the [login_page] shortcode for both the members area and the partner center.

The member center login page is /login
The partner center login page is /partner-center

When I login to the member center page, I can’t login and it redirects me to the page I have setup for when someone doesn’t have the right membership level permissions. I am able to login to the partner-center from both the login form and the partner center form.

  • You can have your Partners automatically land on the Parter_Center by selecting the option in Settings > PilotPress > Enable Affiliate / Partner Center.

Testing logins can be difficult due to the way cookies and PHP sessions are handled by WordPress and our PilotPress plugin. This is a process we have on our Showing and Hiding Content page:

    1. Create a new Contact for testing purposes. Add a Membership level to the contact. Keep ONTRAPORT open to this contact record.
    2. Open a new private tab or window in your browser (see instructions for Firefox and Chrome).
    3. In the private tab or window, clear the cookies for your WordPress site. This step is required.
    4. Go to the default WordPress login page by adding “/wp-login.php” to your domain: http://your-domain.com/wp-login.php
    5. Log in as your new contact. Test the functionality of your membership levels and shortcodes.
    6. To test a new membership level, log the contact out of WordPress. Add the new membership level in ONTRAPORT and log the contact back into WordPress.
