PHP7 Compatibility – scan result method to distiguish between Theme & Plugin

The scan results would benefit from being able to immediately tell the difference between a plugin and a theme (other than the user remembering all the names for each).

some possible ways this could be done;
1) show the list of results for themes, separately at the end (or start) of the list of results for plugins.
2) color code for theme, and color code for plugin – shown on the result line, or a thin vertical strip at the right end of the result line. Similar in styling to the thin vertical strip at the left of the result line – which depicts the level of alarm.
3) an icon (e.g. boxes containing “P” and “T”) place to the left (or right) of “Toggle Details”, or placed at the left of the name.
