When looking at the list of tickets in the WP back-end, I am getting both the first notice reported in this thread and this one:

Trying to get property of non-object
    wp-content/plugins/sola-support-tickets/sola-support-tickets.php:1411

    Plugin Author SolaPlugins

    Hi KTS915.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into it.

    Hi KTS915.

Please advise when and where these errors occur? Does your site have more than one Super Admin?

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

    Hi Jarryd,

I am on a localhost, single-site installation, so there are no Super Admins, and only one admin (i.e. me).

The update to 2.8 seems to have made the undefined offset warning disappear. Thank you!

However, when I am in the dashboard, I now see this:

Trying to get property of non-object
    wp-content/plugins/sola-support-tickets/sola-support-tickets.php:389

I get the same notice when I am viewing a ticket on the edit screen in the back-end. It does not appear on the front-end.

If I go to the list of Support Tickets in the back-end, I now see this:

Trying to get property of non-object
    wp-content/plugins/sola-support-tickets/sola-support-tickets.php:389

Trying to get property of non-object
    wp-content/plugins/sola-support-tickets/sola-support-tickets.php:1410

In case it’s relevant, I am running PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.4, MySQL 5.5.40, Apache 2.4.7, with WP 4.0.
