PHP Compatibility Checker – “Scan this Plugin” in Plugin Listing

    It would be handy to be able to do an individual scan of a plugin.
    For example if a plugin has been recently installed, or updated.

    One way to do this, would be through the plugin list.
    a) provide a button beside each plugin for “Scan PHP Compatibility this Plugin”
    b) add “Scan PHP Compatibility this Plugin” to the “bulk actions” drop down menu.
