When I activate JetPack Photon it seems like some of the images are loading fine, but many others don’t come up. As soon as I deactivate photon again, they come right back so it seems like that is the problem, but I’m sure what I should do.

My site is fooduncovered.com. Is there anything I can do?

Could you point me to some of the posts where the images are broken, so I can take a closer look?

Sure. http://fooduncovered.com/zona-co-grille/ The pictures look like they are broken here.

As well as http://fooduncovered.com/restaurant-month/

Almost all of theme are wrong in some way or have a picture missing.

http://fooduncovered.com/simply-sweet-frozen-yogurt/ has only one picture working, but there are supposed to be three.

Thanks! The problem is linked to the way you picture files are named. Unfortunately, Photon doesn’t recognize images using a filename similar to WordPress’ default resized images at the moment. We’re working on the problem here:
#1766-plugins

Until we fix this issue, I’m afraid you’ll need to deactivate Photon, or upload images without any size parameters (-500×500.jpg).
