Provided Me With Custom Code

Shortly after downloading the plugin, I received an email from someone at PaidMembershipPro offering to provide some guidance if I had any questions. I responded with some questions, and very quickly received a reply with some suggestions on how to accomplish those things. Very helpful, and quite unusually good.

Having purchased the full package, I was eligible to post questions in the member forum.
I asked for some advice, and Andrew, one of their support gurus, not only answered my question with “some custom programming would be needed”, he also provided some custom programming. Twice. On his own initiative.

I don’t know if I could expect more from their support. Very helpful and fairly quick as well.
