• I get a permissions error when installing:

    This notice appears if you don’t grant Site Kit the necessary permissions requested when setting up the plugin or when connecting an additional module. To resolve this, click on the Redo the plugin setup or the Grant Permissions button. This guides you through the permissions screen once more. When requested, follow the steps to proceed by clicking Continue to allow Site Kit access to obtain permissions to connect with your Google account.

    There is no “grant permissions” button and I don’t find anything in my WordPress Dashboard. Hitting “redo the plugin setup” comes back with the same error. I’m not real familiar with WordPress, I had someone set up my site.

    Thanks for reaching out @farna1. Sorry to hear of your experience, but I will perform some checks on this should a button not be appearing. In the meantime, you can reset Site Kit and set up the plugin once more to ensure you can complete setup (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit).

    Please do let me know how you get on after resetting. Note that by resetting, you will need to connect any previously connected modules once more should they have been connected by another administrator.

    Ask if you have any questions with the above, while I’ll also run some checks on this from my side.
