Hi,
Since yesterday I’ve trying to install Site Kit to my website but every time I get this msg: “The Site Kit setup was interrupted because you did not grant the necessary permissions”.
I have tried the following so far:
1- I tried to install using Incognito Mode
2- I disabled Updraft & Caching plug-ins
3- I tried using a different computer with no firewall
4- I disabled AdblockerNot sure what to do next.
Please assist.

Hi @sarainaworld,
Thanks for reaching out, and sharing your Site Health information. Site Kit uses the OAuth 2.0 protocol to authenticate a users Google account with the integrated services. When you’re setting up the plugin you’ll need to ensure all boxes that appear on the auth flow are ticked if not already done so. You’ll find an example of what won’t work during setup in this screenshot, with 2 boxes unticked.
If you’ve already ensured all boxes are ticked please ensure you are clicking on the “Continue” button each time to follow the complete OAuth setup flow.
If the same issue persists from your checks I’ve be happy to investigate this further or discuss with the team if you can provide a video recording of the behavior. You can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt to share a link to the recording, using the same form you already used to share privately.
Note also that from the Site Health information you kindly shared I do see a caching related plugin. We may need to perform some additional troubleshooting steps with your configurations after you share the recording as requested above.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
